A Good Video Summary on Social Media ROI: Socialnomics.

Not that I’m pushing social media, it’s simply a new and interesting way to build a relationship with an audience. Having said that, this video contains some pretty interesting results and it’s worth the watch.

In the social media space you have to think different – relevance beats awareness and content beats media.

    The stats don't surprise me at all, but its great to see something like this that lists such diverse companies from Ford and McDonalds to internet based companies. Its touches us all. I'm eternally glad that the general population has embraced social media marketing and haven't viewed it with the same skepticism as traditional advertising, after all, despite the novelty of being involved in the conversation, they could have. The point about the ROI on your phone is one I'll be using for a long time!
