Situation:

Internet based Iceberg Radio saw an opportunity to increase usage by encouraging people to listen at work.

Insight:

People can multitask. In fact, contrary to popular belief, listening to music can help improve morale, employee retention and the amount of work that gets accomplished. Especially with younger employees. (Which was the message sent to the boss, anyhow).
