Power Workers’ Union

Situation:

The Power Workers’ Union had a problem with getting their voice heard by the government and stakeholders. To make matters worse, the public remained aloof to the conversation that was going on about the future of power generation in Ontario.

Insight:

People think the government will take care of pretty much everything for them. Therefore, we had to interrupt this erroneous belief by making the issue personal.

Effects:

The Power Workers have begun a conversation with the public which is being leveraged at the government level, influencing the government to create more rational plans for power generation.
